Pimple or a cyst in my nose: Do not panic if you notice a pimple in your nose. Usually it is due to excess of heat in the body, indicating that you need to drink plenty of water and bring it under control. Pimple in the nose is no different from that on the face. Take care not to play with the pimple or try to squeeze it with your fingernails. Nor insert any kind of hard object in the nose to get rid of the pimple. It really helps to be patient in such matters. But when you stick objects that are not sterilized or if a foreign body enters the pimple, then you end up with a cyst. Cysts can be painful.
